This allows for the appropriate device node for a serial port to
be specified and runs appropriate ioctls for setting RS485 mode.

Without this change RTS will not autotoggle without another program
to write these settings.

This update allows for GPIOs from multiple device nodes
be used. It is useful escpecially for the SOM-200GS which
uses the CPLD GPIOs and some processor GPIOs to control
the serial ports.

The configuration file was updated for use with the SOM-200GS
with the SOM-A5D36.

The GPIOs are specified with a simple format described in the
configuration file. The base variable is no longer used.

TODO: Implement usage of special names for the standard GPIO.
For instance the Atmel processors name the standard GPIOs
with a different name than the GPIO number. IE pioE1.
